2025 edition

Amazing event in the Nordics - really nice vibe and organisers! The venue is located centrally and easy to reach, AC was working well and there was lots of space on the dance floor in main ballroom. The preparty room felt quite packed though and could be bigger. I highly recommend this destination for travelling Westies as you can easily do some sightseeing in Helsinki which is beautiful city :)

Finnfest is a great event - the location is beautiful, music is great, there is enough space for dancing. The pre party was a bit overcrowded though.

The event was absolutely fantastic. I loved every bit of it. Teachers were superb and classes were great. I loved that everyone had wristbands of the same colour and in the classes we had coloured cards with our names on them. The vibe was very nice and cozy, social dancing was amazing. The event felt well-balanced, the floor was good, the music was great as well. Competitions were well organised, there was additional Am/Pro J&J which was nice! The prizes were also very nice - finalists got glass bottles with Finnfest logo and the top 3 winners got full passes to various events (even Newcomers!). The MC Lauren Jones was an absolute legend! Overall, absolutely recommended and I’m definitely going back!

Event venue is crazy beautiful and spacious!! It is in center of Helsinki and it was easily reached by public bikes - highly recommend :) The dates are perfect for visiting the city in the sun and schedule is made perfectly to have a free time to see it. Dance floor was not getting sticky and AC was working super well. The only so so thing was preparty space - it was a little small and crowded. In summary - go! You will not regret it :) PS Go for sauna afterwards!!
