Registration: Registration is easy there is no limit Hotel: Here lies the big problem the room blocks there is not many and the room sells out months before the event begins, the director will announce that room block will open at a certain date but when people check the website they find out is usually already open a day before, People book at the other hotel but you really want to be at the main one: Organization: Organization is top notch the event runs on time and you can see a live stream to see what is happening in the ballroom , its also connected to your hotel tv Food: Theres plenty of food option walking distance Workshop: the material is good but can be very overcrowded Vibes: there are good tables and seats outside the ballroom to chat with people during dance breaks and getting to know people, throughout the event there are snacks breaks cake breaks provided by the event, its a good way to get to know people. Social dance: Social dance here has a wide variety of people coming from all over the world so you are pretty much guaranteed great dance. A keynote would be finding a hotel spot, its really not for last minute planning you have to really plan ahead maybe 4 months in advance for a hotel spot.
