2026 edition

It’s hard to give feedback about something that feels this special, because part of me wants it to remain unspoiled. Usually, when something is promoted too heavily, it can lose that natural, authentic feeling. Sunday, in particular, feels almost magical, it's bliss. At the same time, there’s a bit of a conflict: I wouldn’t want to raise expectations too much, because the beauty of the festival comes from experiencing it as it is, without trying to force a certain outcome. What makes it stand out is that it’s truly a social event. It’s designed around connecting with people, enjoying nature, and sharing moments with the professionals—not just in classes, but casually, sitting together, eating together, spending time on the grass. That closeness is what makes it unique. Sunday day in nature, dancing in the country side, with smoke and smell from the big stew pot, staying in hammock. This event is made also for teachers to relax.

2025 edition

I may be a bit biased in my review because it's the WCS event in my hometown 😅. However, I have never missed any edition since I started dancing 😁. Besides the great teachers and relaxed atmosphere, I love that a few years ago, the last day (Sunday) is spent outdoors, at a great venue, with hammocks, good food and drinks, and even an outdoor dance floor. You have more time to connect and talk with everybody, and if you have any energy left, you can dance 😄. It feels super cozy and accommodating to everybody's mood, whether super tired or filled with energy!
