When I'm on a party pass and don't take part in the competitions, I always feel like I can share a very partial experience, so take it with a grain of salt. The atmosphere was friendly and nice in general, and the hotel was convenient. The breakfast was good. Parties went all night long, and I enjoyed most of the music, so I stayed until the end of most of them. The hotel feels like a business conference hotel, which might feel a bit cold. It has an adjacent shopping mall with a food court, a supermarket, a drugstore, and a gym with a spa, so it has all the amenities. The gym and soa are very well-equipped. There are quite a few restaurants in the area, too. The hotel is quite far from the center, but you can get there by metro or taxi. The hotel's neighborhood isn't pretty, so go to the center if you're into sightseeing. However, the weather in Prague is very cold this time of the year, so I wouldn't plan for long outdoor trips. The event theme wasn't really felt, which has the advantage of not overwhelming and taking too much time from the real content, but it also felt a bit like a missed opportunity to make the event unique. It's the first edition, however, and I'm sure that the organizers will build the event's identity in the coming years :) All in all, it's a nice event with convenient logistics. I just wish it was in a better season to allow sightseeing in the beautiful city of Prague. Next time, I might get a full pass to experience more from the event.

I'm a late-night dancer and it was a fantastic event! Excited for next year! Lighting and music was great. There were two different floors, one stickier and one more slippery, I didn't mind as it gave a variety to dance on (some follows were specific about wanting the more slippery floor). The event had a nice vibe to it and there were some decent food options around.

The it was really welcoming and though it was the first event, organisation went really smoothly. The venue is a congress hotel attached to a mall, hence you don't even need to go outdoors to get everything you need. The neighbourhood itself is rather meh, but get easily to the city center by tram and it's well connected to the main station. Main Room is even on the colder side due to the strong AC and high ceilings. Lot's of space for dancing though the main downside is the floor: Was very sticky in most parts. One quarter was ok, but it had ridges between the panels, which gave some people trouble. I also had to fix my soles as the came off at the corners because of that. There was a much smaller late night room, which had nice music, but was VERY small and far too bright for late night. Would be great if it could be more even next time. Workshops were mostly pattern focused.

For Trial event I was impressed how smoothly everything went. Workshops, comps, parties - all good. Great staff. The location was so convenient! Only downside was very short pro-show on Sunday. But still worth it and likely I'll attend next year.
