2025 edition

It's a unique concept in WCS, SwitchXperience Paris. It's not the same as the Berlin version, because that's the Mad Tea Party and Paris has the Academy. There are 3 tribes and all the workshop attendees are in one of the three tribes. There are choreo's to learn per tribe and to perform on Saturday evening. Competition is switch strictly, novice and open level. Twice per Party per night you have the Madness, 30min when everyone who is on the dancefloor give consent to be switched or stolen. Outside of the mandess, you ask what kind of dance you would like to do, follow/lead/switch or steal, and you need to have consent of the parties involved. Since switching and stealing comes more popular, the event got more attendees. The workshop rooms were a little bit to crowded. Main ballroom was still OK in my opinin, also for the parties. It is a really nice atmosphere, nice people, very nice decorated and with cards per person to write a lovely message. If you are interested in switching or stealing, definitely join SwitchXperience! (preferably knowing basics in both roles will help enjoy the event to the fullest!)

SwitchXPerience is a really unique event. Especially the madness is really cool and in my opinion everyone should try it. I really liked it
