2026 edition

A really relaxing, summer-camp vibe for a weekend. (For context, this was the 2nd of 3 events in a row for me.) The windows stayed open on the main floor which was really, really nice - all that fresh air, even more if you pop outside real quick. Two floors to choose from! Parties started early and didn't go super late 🤩. The daily walks were nice, especially with the hike-out/float-back river adventure Friday, and hike and swim Saturday! Food was really good! The breakfasts were great for chatting with people, having something to each, and then the family-style dinner worked wonderfully for socializing and just chilling. There were boardgames to play, and if you didn't go to a workshop, you could just relax lazily out back in the shade looking out over the fields with a lovely breeze - ideal for the hawks soaring back and forth overhead. It felt like a super chill vacation with some dancing. It was so calm and chill that it almost kinda vanishes from your mind as an event. It's nothing crazy/super memorable, it was just peaceful and relaxing, completely different from most event weekends. A lovely, unassuming, small, chill social event that will recharge you instead of draining you. Yeah, I'll definitely go again.
